Astonishing, exciting and fabulous! all these words could be heard this morning among the crowd gathered in front of the HQ of MCT, waiting for the arrival of the team!
For the first time, MCT has won a main tour of the calendar. This year's Perm tour has been a real success for MCT and Harman Girault. Not considered as a favourite at all before the start of the event, Harman was quite sure to be at least among the ten best.
For sure Lewis, named as captain for his experience, was for sure ready to dedicate himself to the young french man!
His presence in the top 20 of the first stage and a nice 3rd place in the second stage surely pushed Harman to the rank of favourite.
Before the time trial, Michel told Harman to give his best as the two riders in front of him were not specialists of this kind of race. Powered by the wish of being a champion, the french guy gave all he had to finish in the top 5 of the TT which automatically pushed him to the top place of the ranking table where he has never been reached again.
Michel's joy could been seen on his face after the arrival of Perm Parade. " Here is another page of MCT history which has been written by Harman, Lewis and all the other guys. Its just a great gift for all the team. We have been present during all the tour and Lewis helped us a lot with his experience. Big thanks to all the team."
Michel also stated that a new starlet would probably join the team during the season!The deal is nearly completed!some discussions about the wages need to be solved before.
